Thank you for shopping with us. We specialize in premium hair care products, including Caribbean Botanical Hair Sculpting Oil, handcrafted in Carriacou using 100% volcanic soil botanicals. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
The item must be in its original, unopened packaging
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used hair oils and personal care products
Items with broken safety seals
Gift cards
Downloadable digital products
Sale or discounted items
Because our products are personal care items made from natural botanicals, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles.
Damaged or Defective Items
We are happy to help if your item arrives damaged or defective.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item (if eligible) is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
A refund will be processed to your original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit once the returned item is received.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher-value orders
We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
